Whether you choose one or more of our business formats for your region, we will put our extensive experience and expertise at your disposal. Designed to give you, your team, and your employees everything you need to run your own successful outlet, or chain of outlets, our comprehensive training programme is delivered by some of the very best in the industry – if not the world!

Understanding the dynamics of the Harry Ramsden’s business, and having understanding of the processes involved, is fundamental to the success of your new operation. The exact nature of how your training is delivered may vary based on your proposed set up, but is usually delivered in 3 segments:

Programme 1 – One day

The start of the programme is aimed at the franchise owner, the appointed manager, or the area developer lead. It will cover all aspects of franchise ownership and management, including Franchise Owner Communications, Franchise Owner Responsibilities, Franchisor Responsibilities, IT, Legal and Administration.

Programme 2 – Two weeks

As the practical, hands-on segment of training, this part of the programme is designed to give both Franchise Owners and appointed Outlet Managers key insights into the day-to-day operations of a Harry Ramsden’s outlet. This will take place at a training branch and will include Customer Service, Back of House, Legal Compliance, Systems, and Certification Processes.

Programme 3 – Four weeks

Pre and post opening, our dedicated training team will come to your first outlet to directly train you, your appointed outlet manager, and all your staff in how to successfully launch the outlet and make the most of the critical first few weeks and months.

We will also provide continuing training opportunities for you and your existing team, as well as future training for key staff as you expand.
